Exchanges- Exchanges will be considered ONLY if you do not receive the correct item(s) ordered. Item(s) must be unopened and unused. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify for exchange. Hair must be in the original state as it was sent to you. You must notify us immediately of the error. Once we are notified and validate the error, we will honor the exchange for up to 15 days. We must receive your returned product, within that timeframe, prior to us sending out a replacement product. If the requested length/style changes, we may or may not have to adjust the cost of your order. We do not refund shipping charges; however we will cover the cost of regular shipping to send out your replacement product.
